Shopping Instructions

  • First-time customers can purchase products without joining as a member. However, please note that if you wish to check your order status, you must become a member to do so.
  • Customers who proactively inform us of order cancellations, and those who fail to respond to messages for over 60 days, will have their orders canceled. Canceled orders will be kept on record for one month. After one month, canceled order records will be deleted, and product records within canceled orders can no longer be queried.

Shopping Process

  • Join as a member (to check order status).
    Select product quantity and color (if you place multiple orders, please ensure there are no duplicate items. Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified).
  • Confirm the correct amount and quantity / proceed to checkout.
    After successfully placing an order, we will send a confirmation email to your inbox. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please contact our customer service by email.
  • Select payment method and delivery method.
    Delivery takes about 1-3 days (excluding holidays). If there are more orders, it may extend to 3-10 days (excluding holidays). After the order status shows “Completed,” delivery takes about 2-5 days (excluding holidays) to reach your designated location.

Payment and International Delivery

  • Convenience store pickup with payment.
    Pickup with payment: NT$65
  • Credit Card.
    Online credit card payments can be made using VISA, MasterCard, or JCB, and must be paid in full.
    Delivery methods: Convenience store pickup only / Home delivery
    If payment fails or exceeds the payment time limit, the order will be automatically canceled. Please ensure payment is successful before closing the window.
    Home delivery: NT$120. Shipping fee calculation: Free shipping for orders over NT$1000.
  • Hong Kong, Macau, and China regions:
    Orders are paid online by credit card and shipped via SF Express, with cash on delivery available. No free shipping is provided. Delivery takes about 1-5 days (excluding holidays).
    • China: Shipments are limited to 3kg. Orders exceeding 3kg will be split into multiple packages. Customs clearance requires uploading an ID card. After placing an order, please add WeChat (ID: changshun_100) for inquiries.
    • Hong Kong: From Monday to Thursday, shipments are limited to 5kg. Orders exceeding 5kg will be split. On Fridays, there are no weight restrictions.
    ※ SF Express may randomly check packages during customs clearance. If selected, customs duties will be incurred and borne by the customer.
  • For other overseas regions, please call us or email at teatalk2581494@gmail.com.
    To maintain smooth internal operations, all shipments are processed per individual order. Therefore, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed, merged with other orders, or split into multiple shipments.

Pre-Order Products

The basic pre-order period for products is 7-21 days excluding holidays (if products are out of stock and require production, the pre-order period may extend to 7-31 days excluding holidays). Once replenished, products will be shipped immediately. Please don’t worry about delays—we also want you to receive your order as soon as possible.
*If an out-of-stock item occurs: For customers choosing convenience store pickup with payment, since payment has not yet been made, the item and amount will be canceled directly. For customers who have already paid, we will ask if you would like to replace the item. If not, a refund will be issued. --- Please check your email for our notification ---

After-Sales Service

If upon receipt you find that the product packaging is damaged, the product is defective, or the item is incorrect, please take photos for documentation and contact us within three days. We will immediately arrange for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Order Cancellation

To ensure smoother operations, once order details are confirmed, the order content cannot be changed (e.g., adding/removing products, changing items, etc.), nor can the payment method be changed. If you need to cancel an order, please call us while the order status is still “Processing.” If the order status shows “Completed,” it means the order has already entered the shipping process and no cancellation or changes can be made.

Refund Method and Time

After receiving the return, refunds will be made within approximately 5-7 business days to your credit card account.
※ Depending on your billing cycle, the refund may appear on the current or next month’s statement.

Return Policy (Cooling-Off Period)

According to the Consumer Protection Act, online shopping websites provide a seven-day cooling-off period starting from the day after product delivery. The cooling-off period is for you to evaluate the product, not to use it. You may request a return/refund during this period. However, returned items must include all products, gifts, accessories, packaging, accompanying documents, or materials intact. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse your return/refund request.

Please note: Once the product has been opened, returns and exchanges are not possible. (The product is considered opened if the outer plastic film has been torn, the sealing sticker has been removed or damaged, or the aluminum foil bag has been opened.)

Blacklist Policy

  • Customers who fail to pick up their orders from convenience stores will be blacklisted after one missed pickup. If you inform us in advance of any unexpected issue, we may grant a one-time exception without blacklisting. If reshipping is required, you must first transfer an additional NT$60 shipping fee to: Bank Code: 006 / Account Number: 5584717304721 / Account Name: TEASTRUCK Co., Ltd. After the transfer, please inform our staff to process the reshipment.
  • Although online shopping provides a seven-day cooling-off period, customers who make multiple returns within a year (as judged by the seller) will no longer be served. Customers who are particular about details such as material, packaging, or product size should carefully consider before placing an order.
