- Please do not provide any account, debit card, or credit card information or service phone number. Unless you proactively request a return/refund, this website will never ask you over the phone to provide bank/post office account, debit card, or credit card information.
- ATMs only have deposit/withdrawal/transfer functions. They cannot set up or cancel installment payments. Please do not follow any instructions directing you to perform operations at an ATM.
- It is recommended that you regularly change your member password and email password. Using a combination of letters and numbers is best, and the password should not be the same as your account ID.
- This website has purchased information security protection equipment. However, it is still recommended that you install antivirus software on your home/work computer and perform regular scans to prevent hackers from exploiting system vulnerabilities.
